How to Submit your Tucson Local Event to the Calendar.

Please use the following form to submit your event to the Tucson Local Events Calendar.

Guidelines for submission:

  • All event information is posted free of charge.
  • Only events pertaining to Tucson and the surrounding area will be accepted.
  • Profit and Non-profit organizations are encouraged to submit.
  • No Real Estate, For Rent, For Sale or Personal Garage Sale postings.
  • Events will be published in a timely manner.
  • All submissions are subject to edit.
  • Image submissions are limited to 2MB and should be about 640px by 400px.
  • Description of events must be 500 characters or less.
  • Website doesn’t support recurring events.  Please submit the form with each date separately.
  • If you already have a press release, which exceeds the 500 character limit, consider also submitting it to the “Local Current Events” page by using the Contact us Page.
